Cara Tullett (Seen & Heard Therapies) MA (Child Psych) PG Dip, BEd, UKCP, MBACP
I offer you a warm welcome to my profile. I am a fully qualified, UKCP and BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and I work with children, young people, adults and parents.
If you are either a child, adolescent or adult, perhaps you feel that you some extra support to help you through a particularly difficult time, or maybe you feel you need help with more longstanding issues. Counselling or psychotherapy can provide just that, a safe space to explore and process your feelings and work through any anxieties, traumas, fears or worries that you may be experiencing or have experienced.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including charities and schools. As well as working in private practice, I currently work as a school counsellor, providing therapy to children and young people on a one to one basis in a variety of schools across London and Havering. I also work with parents, thinking with them about how to best support their child.
I work in an integrative way, which means that I access a wide variety of approaches that best suit each client. For some clients, this may be through talking, but for others, it might be through play, art or other forms of creativity, where conflicts and traumas can be worked through, in a way that feels most comfortable to each individual.
