About me
Do you need help untangling things? Maybe you are feeling a little lost, stuck or misunderstood? Or perhaps you are feeling low or anxious or even full of rage? Maybe you are struggling with identity, sense of self or your relationships? You might have even tried therapy before, but something wasn’t quite right? Or perhaps you are struggling with your health, eating or body image and would like an easier relationship with food, eating and your body? Then I may be able to help.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and registered dietitian. The therapeutic services I offer are neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, weight neutral and gender inclusive. I enjoy working creatively too and adapting therapy to suit your needs/co-creating the space. I offer individual therapy sessions and also food and eating support services, online.
I work in a way that adapts therapy to you and your needs (integrating multiple modalities) and I work a lot with adults who are neurodivergent (including but not exclusively late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD and autism).
As a neurodivergent person myself, I am passionate about adapting therapy and our approach to suit you and your preferences and access needs.
I am also a registered dietitian (RD) with years of experience working within the field of eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as providing weight neutral and non-diet nutrition counselling to manage health conditions, and working with folk experiencing feeding and eating barriers including adapting eating to sensory preferences.
I currently work exclusively online with clients in UK and abroad. Face-to-face sessions will be available in future.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
