About me

I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist with over 7 years of experience, my practice in Covent Garden is situated down a quiet street that will get you away from the hustle and bustle of City life and create a space to work on yourself and create tools to manage and overcome lifes difficulties

I specialise in Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia and relationship difficulties

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the Royal Holloway in Cognitive  Behavioural therapy, recognised as an accredited level 2 course by the BABCP

I received on the job training at the Priory Hospital where I worked as a Psychology Assistant for 3 years during this time I learned skills in Mindfulness, Transnational analysis and Psycho-dynamic counselling

I received my degree in Psychology with Counselling Skills at the University of West London

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
