About me

I am accredited by the UKCP as a clinical psychotherapist with a specialism in neurolinguistic psychotherapy (NLPt), and energy psychologies. My unique professional experience and training have evolved into combining integrative and holistic psychotherapy and functional psychiatry, which values each individual as a unified whole, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and, socially. My mission is to truly influence the way mental health is practiced so that more people can have the health and flourishing life that they deserve. My areas of interest are neurodiversity, adult ADHD, Complex Trauma, PTS, Disordered Eating & Weight Management, Body esteem issues, weight shame and discrimination, and, historic childhood sexual abuse and trauma.

I work in private practice with a small and specialised multi-disciplinary team. We offer consultant psychiatric assessment/support, adult ADHD/mental health assessment with treatment, nutritional and dietetic support, integrative/functional medicine treatment options with qualified nurses, with dedicated complex trauma/PTS/addictions/eating disorder clinics

I offer brief solution-focused coaching/therapy/trauma interventions and long-term integrative psychotherapy. My approach is fully holistic and incorporates psychological therapies with a full root cause analysis which determines the underlying causes for ill health/mental health by focusing on imbalances in physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual health.
