About me
Is Anxiety part of your daily life? Anxiety is a fear based response to things that scare us. Worrying too much and thinking about the worst case scenario are common symptoms. Are you struggling with depression? Depression can be caused by a relationship breakdown, the loss of a loved one and the loss of a job. Do you need healing from the past? Childhood trauma can negatively impact on your relationships and self esteem. Healing the past can dramatically change our lives. It takes a brave person to take the first step towards healing themselves and gaining the control back in their lives. We can make this journey together within a safe space. You can reach your goals and become empowered!
I am a qualified and professional counsellor. I have experience of working with adults and young people with a variety of issues. I also have experience of working within the LGBT+ community. I offer person centred counselling and I integrate some CBT techniques. I can relate to many issues that you may be struggling with, due to my own experience of domestic violence, depression and abuse. My counselling experience was life changing!
I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where we can explore the root cause of your issues. I've helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. I am here to support my clients to achieve a more positive outlook on life and provide them with lifetime tools necessary to get them there.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
