I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and am registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
For over twenty years I have worked extensively within the professional fields of Social Care; Education; Health and therapy with Children/Adolescent; Adults; Couples and Families.
The therapy room provides a calm, relaxing, confidential and safe environment for clients; which is imperative and essential for therapeutic work. The modalities used in therapeutic work are: Person CentredApproach; Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Extentialism; Gestalt; Systemic Therapy; and Psychodynamics.
Location of the practice is 10 minutes walk from Belmont Station, and,15 minutes walk from Cheam station, and has good accessible links to overground line and buses. There is also free parking available.
The practice is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday’s from 18:00 pm until 21:00 pm, and on Sunday 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. The duration of each session is 60 minutes and double sessions are available.

Child/Adolescent/Students are charged at a lower rate of £45 for each session.
I currently work within the NHS as a Mental Health Clinician Specialist and Psychotherapist working with children and adolescents who experience a vast range of difficulties and challenges. Part of my role, I complete triage, assessments, and family consultation.
Other part of my role I work with clients who have a diagnoses of Learning and physical Disability and Neurodevelopmental conditions where I complete therapy treatment and coordination of their case. I run Sleep workshops and provide consultations to other professionals. My other clinical experience includes working with adults and couples.
