About me
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Wanting to make changes, but not knowing where to start? Well, maybe I can help ... as an experienced Counsellor and Well-Being Trainer, I can help you put together a plan that will help you make lasting change.
I've been practicing for over 9 years and originally trained as an Integrative Counsellor. Alongside this, I trained using the Human Givens Approach - a therapy that excited me because of the common-sense way it helps us look at our needs and how we are meeting them.
In addition, I also have a growing interest in the Emotional Freedom Technique, self help , as well as strategies in line with the Law of Attraction, all of which are useful tools alongside traditional counselling if clients have a similar interest.
As well as Counselling, I can also offer individual Well-Being Courses aimed at raising the confidence and self-esteem of clients. These courses can be tailor made to suit your requirements.
So, if any of the above resonates with you, or you would like more information, please do get in touch with me and we can see whether I can help you make the changes you want to see.

Further information
I am a member of The Counselling Society and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
I am still offering face to face counselling and have strategies in place to comply with Covid recommendations. The room is a good size, so we are able to sit 2 metres apart and we have a door opening to a Courtyard which can be left open for ventilation. I allow time between appointments to clean and there are wipes and anti bac gel available in the room. Within the actual building we are asked to wear masks in the corridor and there is hand sanitising by the front door. If clients prefer to attend wearing masks or shields, I am happy to reciprocate.
