Brenda Prudence Ad.Dip.CP, HG Dip.
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Wanting to make changes, but not knowing where to start? Well, maybe I can help ... as an experienced Counsellor and Well-Being Trainer, I can help you put together a plan that will help you make lasting change.
I've been practicing for over 9 years and originally trained as an Integrative Counsellor. Alongside this, I trained using the Human Givens Approach - a therapy that excited me because of the common-sense way it helps us look at our needs and how we are meeting them.
In addition, I also have a growing interest in the Emotional Freedom Technique and Mindfulness, as well as strategies in line with the Law of Attraction, all of which are useful tools alongside traditional counselling if clients have a similar interest.
As well as Counselling, I can also offer Well-Being Courses aimed at raising confidence and self-esteem, either individually with clients, or within small groups. These courses can be tailor made to suit your requirements.
So, if any of the above resonates with you, or you would like more information, please do get in touch with me and we can see whether I can help you make the changes you want to see.
