About us
Our Cardiff wellbeing centre offers counselling face to face, online and over the phone.
Our counsellors can work with individuals, couples, families and young people where you can build a trusting, open relationship – giving the opportunity to talk about difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviour
People are affected in different ways at different times in their life. Our large team of experienced counsellors work with people facing all kinds of challenges, each providing a tailored counselling approach. We specialise in a range of modalities including Person-Centered, Integrative, Psychodynamic, Systemic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Talking therapy can provide:
- A safe, confidential space to talk
- The opportunity to explore your thoughts & actions
- Strategies to cope during difficult times
- Approaches to challenge & manage unhelpful thoughts
- Ways to move forward
The first step is to complete and return a referral form. We will then be in touch to book an assessment. At the assessment, we’ll talk about the counselling services we provide and we’ll link you with a counsellor – best suited to your needs.

Member organisations *

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
