About me

Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Or you may not feel like yourself anymore? Or you may know what your difficulties are and may need help in overcoming them?

I currently work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety issues, work related stress, relationship difficulties, loss, infertility, and depression. I also work with individuals who have experienced past or present trauma, neglect or abuse.

The outcome of my work with individuals is to improve their sense of wellbeing, gain insight into difficulties and achieve interpersonal change. I also help individuals strengthen their coping abilities, improve self confidence, build inner resilience and manage uncertain challenges in their lives.

My role and approach

Is to work with you to identify the most helpful shifts in thinking or behaviour. The first few sessions may involve you talking about your experiences to understand how they are impacting you and what changes you wish to make. We will then work towards those outcomes.

What happens next?

I will always arrange an initial assessment session with a client. This provides us both the opportunity to meet and for you to share what has brought you to counselling. It will also allow us to decide if we would like to work together and for me to discuss how I can help and support you in the outcomes you wish to achieve.

There is no obligation to stay after the initial session.

I warmly invite you to explore my website to get a sense of who I am, my approach, how I work and how I can help.
