Bonnie Smith, Counsellor & Walk and Talk Therapist
I am an experienced counsellor who offers both face to face counselling and walk and talk therapy. I work with adults both within an indoor and outdoor setting. I focus on difficulties that are unique to them, which are causing them distress. Such as anxiety, work related stress, relationship difficulties, depression, grief and infertility.
The outcome of my work with individuals is to improve their sense of wellbeing, gain insight into difficulties and achieve interpersonal change. I also help individuals strengthen their coping abilities, improve self confidence, build inner resilience and manage uncertain challenges in their lives.
I invite you to explore my website www.bonniesmith.co.uk to get a sense of who I am, how I work face to face and for details of walk and talk therapy.
