I work with clients over the age of 16 in Dollar, Stirling, Edinburgh and Perth.
I specialise in the following client groups -
People with ADHD/ADD/AS and High Functioning Autism.
Men with anxiety, overwhelm, anger management, lack of energy or anhedonia and mid-life crisis.
People wishing to explore issues in family, work and intimate relationships
Ex-Boarding School pupils and people who have ex-Boarders as partners or parents
Carers, particularly those caring for family members with Dementia.
Third sector managers, workers and volunteers.
People who live in remote rural environments and cannot access therapy.
I enjoy working with people who have no previous experience of counselling or therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
BSc(Hons), MSc, COSCA Dip (TA Counselling)
I am trained in Transactional Analysis with additional training in Gestalt.
I have experience in both personal counselling and organisational development.
I also work online and have been involved in online mental health support since 2007, acting as moderator for a busy mental health support site aimed at people with ADHD and Aspergers.
