All our therapists are trained at post graduate level in Personal Consultancy - an approach that integrates counselling and coaching that allows clients to have a deeper, wide reaching experience. Research has shown that Personal Consultancy has reduced post intervention levels when compared to another approach.
We specialise in offering help for stress reduction, depression, personal development, sexuality issues, HIV counselling, trauma, executive coaching and have an in house EMDR therapist. We have experience in working with charity executives. We also work with a renowned and well respected addiction specialist who has written programmes for Clouds and The Priory and is a well respected speaker in the field.
We also offer training on a wide range of mental health and personal development issues and can tailor workshops to suit your needs.

Training, qualifications & experience
Our Personal Consultants all hold a PGDip in Integrative counselling and Coaching. The addiction therapist holds a PGDip in Addiction Counselling. Diploma in Trauma and EMDR training. MSc in Coaching Psychology. Diploma Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
