At Blackpool Counselling we offer a safe environment where you are able to talk freely about your issues or personal problems without fear of judgement or criticism. Our Counsellors can help you explore, understand and manage your life challenges through supportive Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
All our Counsellors have studied at University and have Diplomas in Counselling & Psychotherapy. They have either enhanced their counselling qualifications by going onto study BSc (Honours) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, or one of our Counsellors has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling, or they have gained invaluable experience in the voluntary sector. We take continuing professional development seriously and always stay up to date with our Safeguarding training for Adults,Children and Young people.
At Blackpool Counselling we offer a Telephone counselling service for clients that are unable to attend the practice.The same level of support and confidentiality is offered as it is when meeting a counsellor face to face.This might be helpful for clients that have work commitments, a disability, work away or often travel the another country.
