I am a Registered BACP Accredited counsellor with over fifteen years experience. My approach is rooted in kindly, non-judgemental, sensitive listening, and authentic relating.
How I work
I work integratively, which means I offer a service tailored to your specific needs, providing short or longer-term help as appropriate.
We are all unique so I draw on a range of approaches flexibly. I have trained and taught in a wide range of therapeutic models, and will work with you in an interactive exploration that enables you to find your own individualised solutions. My approach is collaborative and client-centred to work with you to achieve your therapeutic goals.

Registered and Accredited by BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), I have been working in private practice and agency settings since 2004. I am a qualified counsellor, coach and NLP Master Practitioner, and draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches in my work. In previous roles I have been a lecturer in Counselling for University of Greenwich, and a counselling tutor for Newbury College and Guildford College.

£60 per session. I offer a free first session – so you can see if you want to work with me and I can assess whether I think I can help you.
I also provide coaching using a model that integrates aspects of both coaching and counselling in order to address problematic of thinking, feelings, or habits, to help create the conditions for change and transformation.
