About me

My approach is rooted in kindly, non-judgemental, sensitive listening. I work integratively, which means that I draw on a range of counselling models as appropriate to meet your specific needs.

How I work

We are all unique so I draw on a range of approaches flexibly.  Over the last fifteen years I have trained and taught in a wide range of therapeutic models, and will work with you in an interactive exploration that enables you to find your own individualised solutions.  My approach is collaborative and client-centred to work with you to achieve your therapeutic goals.

What are the first steps?

Send me an e-mail or give me a call to arrange a first appointment. The first session is free, to to discuss your situation and decide together whether or counselling could be helpful to reach your goals.
