About me

Needing help? And looking for someone, who can support you through a difficult situation? I can help. I am a Counsellor offering quality time, a non judgmental listening ear and an environment where you can feel safe and confident to talk about whatever is concerning or important to you. I can support you if you are fearful, anxious or feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you feel that your faith is being challenged, and you're seeking inner peace and healing. If you are a couple experiencing challenges in your relationship I also offer counselling for couples.
I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling, with a caring, professional approach gained through many years as a Registered Nurse and as a Christian. My approach makes a difference. You will begin to see a positive change, as others have, through my service.
If you just want to talk without feeling judged, express yourself and feel heard and you’re longing to experience peace, then call Calm Counselling and begin to see a change.
