The unknown can be a very scary place, so it's not surprising that many people, whether this is your first time in therapy or not, find making the initial contact a very daunting thought. To help make this process a little less scary, I would like to offer you a free 30 minute introductory consultation session where you can ask any questions and also take advantage of the opportunity for us to be introduced.

As an integrative therapist using Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), I'm able to draw upon the different approaches to most suit your individual needs at any given time throughout your therapeutic process.
Attending therapy can be an extremely useful tool in helping you to become aware and work through any current or historic issues in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
There's an endless list of why people are in therapy ~ listed below are just a few reasons:

We can explore any issues/material you bring into session and work on how you can improve and move on from your current position/situation. There's no set amount of sessions. Together, we will work around your needs, whether it's long or short term therapy. I also offer 'top up' sessions for ex-clients on a month by month basis.
'I learn, I change, I grow'... or put another way ~ Awareness, Acceptance and Moving on. Very powerful words with a true message for almost everyone. The first stage is becoming aware of what or who may be having a negative impact on your life. The second stage, acceptance. This can be the most difficult and time consuming stage, especially when it relates to life-long beliefs about ourselves or others. The final stage is where you learn you can let go, change and move on from whatever was holding you back from living your life before therapy.

For those who are in or around Greenwich, London, I will be adding ‘walk and Talk’ sessions for existing and future clients. Getting out in the fresh air, feeling free from walls, being able to breathe deeply as well as benefiting from some gentle exercise. After our initial free 30 minute introductory session (via Skype) we will arrange a day, time and meeting place to start our 'Walk and Talk' sessions. You will be able to freely talk about any concerning issues as we walk around Greenwich Park and together we will work and explore different roads for you to start your new journey in life.

On-line therapy (OLT): You must have access to a safe and secure device with an internet connection.
OLT can prove to be very beneficial due to its easy accessibility, making it a very reliable and consistent form of therapy. There are no travel cost or time constraints to consider and you can still attend your session whether your local or abroad.
