Do you need someone to talk to because you might be experiencing:
- Difficulty in your relationships,
- Work pressures, redundancy
- A crisis situation
- Or it could be low self-esteem or confidence issues
- Is this preventing you from living your life more fully, or are you experiencing something that happened in the past which is causing you some emotional stress and you need to talk it through.
Hello and Welcome to my profile page. I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor offering a face to face service for adults and young people. I can offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your concerns, with me.
I am personable and I offer a safe, comfortable environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is Person Centred, where through the process of developing a trusting relationship between you and me, we can explore together what might be troubling you, thus enabling you to gain greater clarity about your life and increase your personal awareness.
Maybe what is most important is that YOU are LISTENED to.
I do not give advice but work with you collaboratively, in a genuine way so that you can find your own way to making increased personal choices about your own life.
I am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
If you would like to contact me initially for an informal conversation, please do not hesitate to call me, alternatively you can email me if you prefer.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
