About me

Thank you for stopping by. Life at times can be challenging, events or life's experiences can surface that leave us feeling isolated, vulnerable and anxious. I work from an integrative framework which allows me to adapt my approach to meet each individual needs.

Some experiences, despite being in the past can impact on everyday living in the here and now. This can steer us towards feelings of anxiety, depression, anger and frustration, impacting our ability and confidence to cope.

You may have an explicit issue such as anxiety, low self-esteem that you would like to address. My style of counselling has been described as "caring, compassionate, and supportive".

I provide an environment that ensures confidentiality, is safe, nurturing environment where you can discover your true, authentic self and experience a happier you. This confidential and supportive environment enables you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings without being judged.

Client Testimonial

May '18                Client J

I have had counselling in the past, however, since working with Beverley, I have become less fearful and more assertive. I feel much stronger. She has a way that made me feel safe and secure. Talking helped me make sense of the chaos in my mind. Her professionalism , I cannot compare. Since working with her, I have developed skills and techniques and am better educated on how to maintain good mental health and positive self-care. I could not achieve this without support. I have experienced huge shift in my perspective of life and a better understanding of my self. She is an exceptional accepting and caring individual.
