Client Testimonial

May '18                Client J

I have had counselling in the past, however, since working with Beverley, I have become less fearful and more assertive. I feel much stronger. She has a way that made me feel safe and secure. Talking helped me make sense of the chaos in my mind. Her professionalism , I cannot compare. Since working with her, I have developed skills and techniques and am better educated on how to maintain good mental health and positive self-care. I could not achieve this without support. I have experienced huge shift in my perspective of life and a better understanding of my self. She is an exceptional accepting and caring individual.
