About me

I am a person centred counsellor with integration, and I work exclusively online via Zoom. I am a German National who has lived in the UK for the past 21 years, I speak fluent English and German.

I can help my clients by encouraging them to stay with their feelings, by using a  metaphor, a favourite song or a relatable film.

When a client enquires about counselling, I will contact them within a 24hrs window. I will set up a free consultation meeting in which we can get a sense of each other and whether we can feel a connection.

In the first session we will discuss the counselling agreement which includes session time and date, but also confidentiality and other legal aspects. I will explain how I work, and involve my client by asking whether that would be something they are looking for.  We explore what it is that brings them to counselling, their hopes, fears, and future goals.

My Sessions are lively, and I will give my clients the time and space they need to process what is going on for them, what they would like to explore and how they would like to that.
