About me
I am a person centred counsellor. I work with a variety of different people from all walks of life.
Making the connection between past and present, walking your path of self-acceptance and self-love, feeling heard seen and understood. Having greater self-acceptance aids the courage to make changes, empowering you to say no and putting your needs first. No really is yes, it is yes to having the space you need to live. (Matt Haig)
Having had to move countries and learn a new language, I know what it's like to feel that you don't fit in and you don't belong. But you don't have to live in a foreign country to experience that - it can feel like you have built a wall to keep people out but inside you're crying.
But in my own personal experience and in working with clients, I have build a life worth living - one where you feel you are not just existing anymore, but you are alive.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
