The struggles we meet in our lives can become overwhelming- I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share whatever you are facing and together we can explore your experiences, feelings and choices - helping you to discover your own way forward at your own pace. I have experience working with a wide range of the different challenges individuals bring- including anxiety, mental health struggles, depression, bereavement, addiction, relationship issues, abuse, trauma and working with wounds experienced in childhood. I aim to discover alongside you what your individual needs are and how we can help meet those needs in ways that support you in the changes you choose.
I also offer the opportunity to incorporate Creative Therapy if, when and as you choose. This might involve the use of movement, sound, paint, clay, crafts, sand-play, poetry... whatever you are drawn to that helps you to explore and discover in an empathic environment- where my aim is to understand and encourage the expressions you choose without judgement.
I work from home in a peaceful, private space 5-10 mins walking distance from Glastonbury Town center.
