The struggles we meet in our lives can become overwhelming- I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share whatever you are facing and together we can explore your experiences, feelings and choices - helping you to discover your own way forward.
I have experience working with a wide range of the different challenges individuals bring- including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, addiction, work struggles, mental health struggles, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD. I aim to discover alongside you what your individual needs are and how we can help meet those needs in ways that support you.
I also offer the opportunity to incorporate Creative Therapy if, when and as you choose. This might involve the use of movement, sound, paint, clay, crafts, sand-play, poetry... whatever you are drawn to that helps you to explore and discover in a warm, non-judgmental enviroment.
I work from home in a peaceful, private space 5-10 mins walking distance from Glastonbury town center.
