About me

The struggles we meet in our lives can become overwhelming- I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share whatever you are facing and together we will help you to discover your own way forward.

I have a wide range of experience working with the different challenges individuals bring to therapy including; anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship issues and family issues, bereavement, addiction, experiencing trauma / PTSD, abuse, low self esteem, self harm, mental health difficulties and also working with those whom want to explore personal development and exploring where and how they find meaning in their lives.

I offer Creative Therapy alongside Talking Therapy for those whom find it helpful to express themselves in different ways. This might involve the use of movement, sound, paint, clay, crafts, sand-play, creative writing... whatever you are drawn to that helps you to explore and discover in a warm, non-judgmental environment.

I work in a peaceful, private space 5-10 mins walking distance from Glastonbury town center.

I have a limited number of spaces available for those whose circumstances require a reduced fee, please feel free to ask me about this.

I have a L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling CPCAB and L2 and 3 Counselling studies certificates with Strode College, Street, Somerset.
