About me
Hello I'm Beth.
I'm experienced in working with autism, anxiety, relationships, bereavement and trauma. I am NHS trained as a specialist neurodiversity counsellor.
I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can process difficult thoughts and feelings. This often leads to greater self-awareness and acceptance.
Many clients find therapy gives them the confidence to make positive changes and to live life their own way
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (NCPS accredited)
I have been trained in a variety of approaches including person centred, SFT and CBT. I adapt my counselling style to suit each client.
I'm have worked in an NHS Autism service and as counsellor to NHS staff.
