About me

Hello I'm Beth.

I'm experienced in working with autism, anxiety, relationships, bereavement and trauma. I am NHS trained as a specialist neurodiversity counsellor.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can process difficult thoughts and feelings. This often leads to greater self-awareness and acceptance.

Many clients find therapy gives them the confidence to make positive changes and to live life their own way

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (NCPS accredited)

I have been trained in a variety of approaches including person centred, SFT and CBT. I adapt my counselling style to suit each client.

I'm have worked in an NHS Autism service and as counsellor to NHS staff.
