About me

It can be so difficult to begin the search for a counsellor. With so many profiles and approaches available, choosing the person that you feel will be of most help can be daunting. In acknowledging your need for a little help, or some time to focus on things that are painful and difficult, you have already begun the process of healing.

We can all find ourselves in situations and relationships we are simply not prepared for or don’t understand. I can offer you support without judgement as together we begin to understand your fears and hopes, and my hope is you will feel free to say anything in the knowledge that your are wholly accepted for who you are and for what you have experienced.

My approach is integrative, which means that I draw on a range of counselling theories and therapies in order to find the best approach for you as an individual.

My therapy room is in the St John's area of in Redhill. I generally offer appointments on weekdays in the afternoons and evenings, but have some limited availability on Saturdays.
