About me
Often people seek help for sexual difficulties from either a doctor or a therapist which can leave some things unexplored. My dual training as both a GP specialising in sexual medicine and a sex and relationship therapist, ensures we can explore any challenges you are facing using several different approaches.
Whether it's through medical assessment and treatment or through talking therapy, we can explore multiple ways of improving your experience of sex and intimate relationships.
I'm passionate about the importance of sexual pleasure in overall health and getting the right balance between too much and too little medicine.
Starting to talk to someone about sexual concerns can feel daunting and I know it's not easy to seek help for a sexual difficulty. I assure you of a non-judgemental, accepting and supportive space where you can begin to talk about your difficulties and move beyond them.
I am registered with both the General Medical Council and the College of Sex and Relationship Therapy and hold full indemnity for both medical and psychotherapeutic practice.
