Who do I work with?
I have extensive experience and success working therapeutically with both Adults and Young People and currently I work with individuals from 15 years and older.
Am I professionally trained and what does that mean?
I have spent many years training to become a professional counsellor and also a supervisor.
I have engaged in specific courses that enable me to work with a range of different mental health problems and life issues. I also hold responsibility for supervising other counsellors practice.
I have chosen not to list every condition I can help with, but you can place your confidence in me that I will engage with you on a level that will offer you hope and the opportunity of change.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a professionally trained counsellor and Supervisor holding a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP.
I continue to develop my skills and knowledge in the field of counselling by taking regular training courses so I can continue to deliver a professional service to all my clients.
I hold a strong interest in subjects surrounding Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder and Mood Disorders and continue to grow my understanding in these areas.
