Ben Jearum - Counsellor & Supervisor MBACP
Hi, I'm Ben, a professional Counsellor & Supervisor based in Fleet.
There is no one answer as to why people come for counselling, it could be for a variety of reasons. I have chosen not to list every condition I can help with, but you can place your confidence in me that I will engage with you on a level that will offer you hope and the opportunity of change. If you're reading this, know you're not alone.
I have a kind nature offering care and attention to your needs, as well as life experience and professional training which enables me to understand and support you with any struggles you are facing.
I will support you on every step of your journey exploring thoughts feelings and emotions and together, we will find a positive and healthy way forward.
If you're maybe feeling sad, struggling with a generalised anxiety disorder or even if you have relationship problems, Counselling really is a space set aside for the exploration of feelings and can be used to create a positive and healthier life.
