About me

I hold a Master’s degree in Core Process Psychotherapy, a theoretical orientation which combines Mindfulness, Buddhist principles and a Psychodynamic understanding of the mind, and have gained invaluable clinical experience over the past four years, within the NHS, Charitable and Private sector. I am fluent in English, Greek and French.

I specialise in helping clients suffering from addiction, and have previously worked for several years in the Alcohol Treatment Programme at the Priory, as well as with low-cost therapy services including Mind.

In addition to completing various supplementary psychotherapeutic trainings, most recently at The Gestalt Centre in Kings Cross, I currently facilitate Interpersonal Group and Individual therapy at a private CQC-Registered Drug, Alcohol and Compulsive Behavioural Treatment Centre in West London.
