Hello and Welcome
I work therapeutically with clients who are concerned about their emotional eating, disordered eating and weight problems. This intervention does not tell you what to eat nor ask you to weigh in.
We explore how you are using your eating to deal with feelings and manage your life.
The programme can help you develop different ways of managing you day without relying on food and is designed to help people who find themselves in a repeating cycle of yo-yo dieting.
The programme consists of 12 sessions and you can choose to pay for each session on an individual basis at a fee of £70 or take advantage of booking 6 sessions and get one free at a cost of £350.
Taking the first step is always the hardest, but dip your toe in the water and take the opportunity to call me for an informal chat to see if how I can help you.
I offer a compassionate, discrete, confidential service from a private practices in Wilmslow, Cheshire or I offer home visits which may suit your needs better.
I work within the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice. My work is confidential and is fully supervised by experienced and registered supervisors and I am fully insured.
