Having been a psychotherapist for 20 years, I always wanted to help people that are suffering by offering them established tools which are widely recognised for their effectiveness
I am bi lingual and bi cultural and have been trained in the fields of addiction and trauma at several Universities or specialised centres in England, Ireland, the United States and Germany.
So it is with the help of many tools that I can adapt to individual requirements and providing effective solutions based on the specific characteristics and needs of each client.
I think that most of us have the resources and skills needed to cope with the various challenges of life, including trauma and that a safe therapeutic environment will allow the natural process of regulation and self-healing to take place.
I adhere to the code of ethics of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and I am a member of the British Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (BACP).
