About me

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, an EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapist, and hold a certificate in Complex Trauma treatment. I have years of experience in trauma, anxiety, addiction and relationship issues. My method is creative and thought provoking. I use elements of drama, sensorimotor psychotherapy, polyvagal theory and mindfulness.

If you are looking for a challenging, thought provoking and yet gentle and safe approach to resolve issues that keep you stuck, or make you anxious, or fearful, or doubtful of yourself, I can help you. I walk with you in your journey and help you to shed some light where it feels dark and painful. Together we can look at things from a different perspective.
