About me

I am a registered Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (UKCP) and qualified online supervisor, offering online and face to face counselling.

I specialise in helping individuals to cope with bereavement, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, endometriosis, redundancy, divorce, alongside a range of other emotional issues.

My approach includes a humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approach. Working together collaboratively, you will experience the time and space to explore and process your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This may support regulation of emotions to support you towards achieving your maximum potential.
