About me

Hello, my name is B Flaherty and I am an online and face to face counsellor, offering an Integrative approach. This includes a humanistic, cbt and psychodynamic approach. My aim is to provide a safe place and space to support you in exploring whatever you are experiencing, including bereavement, the impact of emotional distress, health issues, grief, anxiety, obsessive behaviour, abuse and eating disorders. Working together collaboratively, you will experience the time and space to explore and process your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This may support regulation of emotions to support you towards achieving your maximum potential.
