Audrey Lenthall, Counsellor, Registered MBACP
07748 674638 / 07748 674638
I am a professionally qualified Department of Health accredited counsellor. I have been counselling effectively and passionately since 2007 and offer a safe, comfortable and confidential environment in which to work through your problems.
Despite our best efforts, life sometimes presents us with situations that we are either unable to cope with or affect our emotional wellbeing to the point where it upsets the balance in our lives and we need help.
I work with individual clients listening, empathising, supporting, never judging and helping them to find their own solutions or answers. Working integratively using counselling methods that best suit the client, I offer help with a wide range of issues (see below). The client is at the heart of the therapy.
Short or long term face to face counselling is offered, the first session being an assessment. For private clients this session is offered at a reduced rate. This assessment is to determine whether counselling is the best option for you and whether we can work together as counsellor and client, an important element in counselling. Sessions last for 1 hour and are ideally weekly.
If you have any questions about counselling, please don't hesitate to contact me. I aim to offer clients an appointment no more than a week from the original enquiry.
