About me

Seeking professional counselling is the step forward to deal with emotional pain such as feeling depressed, anxiety, experiencing low self-esteem, struggling with addictive behaviour, dealing with grief and loss, work related stress, recurring relationship problems and more.

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist / psychodynamic counsellor that offers therapy and counselling from my private practice in London. I work with my clients to make sense of issues that are affecting them. With better understanding, choices become more apparent, enabling my clients to lead more satisfying and fulfilling lives. I listen and facilitate the therapeutic process in a non-judgemental, strictly confidential, respectful way and will be there all the way to help you lead a more fulfilling life.

The work consists of a series of a regular, confidential sessions in which all of these issues can be talked through. Sometimes the focus is on current difficulties, at other times we look at the effects that past problems have upon the present.

Appointments take place either on the telephone, skype or in a therapy room and are 50 minutes in duration.
