Thank you for visiting my page. Reaching out for step is a huge step, and can be daunting. Therefore I offer initial reduced fee session to give you an opportunity to get a sense of how we can work together, and decide whether this is for you.
You may be feeling sad, going through a difficult time in your life and your experiences may feel too painful to live with.
These experiences may come in the forms of loss, seperation, anger, stress, depression, anxiety, panic, worry, confusion, guilt, shame, self-doubt.. You may feel stuck in repetitive, perhaps unhealthy patterns, or have intruisive thoughts in the forms of OCD, you may have relationship, attachment or commitment difficulties..You might have issues at work, stress or burn-out. You might experienced trauma, traumatic experiences or abuse. You might be having identity issues, or difficulties around adapting to moving countries.. You might feel lost in the sense of your direction, meaning and purpose in life or might worries for things hapenning around you, in the wolds.. You might not know the way out of your current struggles and might feel helpless or stuck..
Whether you have personal or relational difficulties, counselling might help you to explore your self and inner resources with self-reflections to change or move within your inner world with peace and ease. It may bring some insight and awareness. And through awareness we can change and grow; as we all have the potential to do so, given the opportunity.
My aim is always to find what works best for each individual and tailor my support around your needs according to my training and experience. I aim to support you to access your inner resources and personal resilience to build healthy coping strategies and build up your emotional and mental toolbox to deal with or manage your struggles.
My therapeutic style is empathic, relational, interactional, warm and non-judgemental. I use creative techniques in therapy including mindfulness, sub-personality work, internal family systems, creative visualisations, and body awareness.
Currently, within my private practice, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages with a wide range of emotional, personal and relational difficulties.
