Asalet Tulaz (MBACP) Dip Therapeutic Couns.
I am an integrative therapist offering long and short term counselling in North and West London (Islington and Camden). My approach is strength and empowerment based and it is informed by different schools of thought, including psychodynamic, person-centred and transpersonal.
My aim is always to find what works best for each individual and tailor my support around your needs according to my training and experience. I aim to support you to access your inner resources and personal resilience to build healthy coping strategies.
My therapeutic style is empathic, relational, interactional, warm and non-judgemental. I use creative techniques in therapy including mindfulness, sub-personality work, internal family systems, creative visualisations, and body awareness.
Currently, within my private practice, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of emotional, personal and relational difficulties.
