About me
Feeling stuck, broken, and frustrated can feel like a never-ending cycle —especially when therapy hasn’t helped. The weight of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or OCD might leave you questioning if things will ever change.
It’s exhausting to keep searching for answers while self-doubt, shame, and unhealthy coping habits—like overeating, overspending, or outbursts—take over your life.
You may feel misunderstood by friends or family, leaving you isolated and unsure of where to turn. You’re longing for relief, clarity, and a sense of direction.
I am here to meet you where you are and help you break free from what’s holding you back. Together, we’ll create a path to healing and lasting change. As a skilled therapist with years of experience helping individuals like you, I do not only offer talking therapy but also provide somatic interventions tailored to your needs and specialized assessments, such as ADHD Assessment, to help you better understand and address your challenges.
I use RESET Therapy to guide you through this journey. RESET is a proven approach that helps you process and release the unresolved emotions and patterns keeping you stuck.
The RESET model is an evidence-based, holistic approach combining psychological therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, etc.) with somatic practices like breathwork, physical activity, and mindfulness. It addresses emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and spiritual dimensions, drawing on extensive expertise in therapies such as Schema Therapy, MANTRA, and Transactional Analysis. Somatic techniques, including transformational breathwork and the Wim Hof Method, further support deep, lasting change.
Whether you’re navigating the complexities of trauma, managing the challenges of ADHD, or seeking freedom from the grip of anxiety and OCD, RESET offers a compassionate, tailored method to support your healing.
My role is to create a safe, understanding space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. With my guidance, we’ll uncover the roots of your struggles, heal past wounds, and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Let’s take this step together—you’re not alone.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
