About me

I am a counsellor who provides a safe, warm and comfortable place for clients to explore what is making them feel unhappy with their lives, and enable them to explore how they can move forward or adjust to what they are experiencing, to be the person they want to be and lead a happy fulfilling life. Our lives can change in a second sometimes this is a good experience, but when it changes and makes us feel unhappy, sometimes alone and overwhelmed with life, we want this to change. However, this can be painful and difficult to do alone, I believe counselling gives the client a safe place to explore these feelings.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Further information

I always use a person centred approach meaning all the focus is on you and you're in control of the sessions so it gets to a point where you can counsel yourself, I work holistically which brings the element of the mind, body and soul. I also offer coaching which is more informal than counselling & mentoring.

Having therapy can be a daunting experience and it is important for you to feel comfortable in exploring the past present and future so you can move forward in your life, being stuck in patterns and behaviours of the past can impact on how you will move forward by exploring this together you will unlearn these patterns, I create a safe space for you to do this.
