About me
I believe that we all have the knowledge and resources to: become unstuck, heal, experience life fully and face life’s adversities and joys. However, we may not feel that we are realising this potential and that talking to a counsellor/therapist will help. In my practice I aim to provide a space to explore these issues and concerns and to support you to make sense of them. I will not impose labels on your, but will provide a space of exploration that is supportive and safe.
I am an experienced practitioner who is registered and accredited with two professional bodies. I work with adults and children and draw upon an integrative training; which enables me to offer a multi-disciplinary, unique and tailored approach to therapy. I see our work together as part of a collaborative process that sees you and your experiences as unique.
I have a lot of experience working with a range of people and mental health issues. I work in way that attempts to honour your experience and to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you explore what brings you to therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
My Approach:
I work in an integrative and person led way, this means that I aim to honour your experience without imposing labels or assumptions on this. Together we work to understand your experience and to place it within a context that makes sense to you; this might include your development, history, current relationships and/or specific traumas. I will support you in this exploration and draw upon my trainings to help in this process. My trainings enable me to be informed by integrative, existential, psychoanalytic and person-centred approaches.

- MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy University of Roehampton
- London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy
- Level 5 Certificate Counselling Children and Young People

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
