About me

I use an Integrative Counselling approach with you and by thinking about the different therapeutic approaches, I will work with you on your presenting issues, develop and strive to promote a personal understanding and growth. We will use the most effective method for you.

I  will listen and stay with you on your journey.
My experience is varied and comprehensive. I work particularly in the areas of loss and bereavement, separation anxiety, stress, anxiety and depression and self esteem; I  firmly believe that talking therapy can open many doors to understanding and addressing underlying problems affecting quality of life and progression.
I work therapeutically with a variety of clients from a range of walks of life, different age ranges including children and the elderly.

I work with children and adolescences, not only in talking therapies, but also using creative arts and play to explore feelings and thoughts.

In Hypnotherapy, I will work with you in a empathetic exclusively bespoke way.

Taking your lead I employ an individual treatment programme working with you on issues such as; quitting smoking, phobias and fears, weight loss, individual behaviours causing anxiety, managing stressful situations in the workplace and beyond.

Both approaches in my work are valuable therapies to assist change and manage difficult and challenging thinking, improving quality of life for the client and their relationships.
