Stress- Anxiety - Panic attacks - Depression - Relationship and Work problems-Bereavement - Grief or any form of Loss - Disability - Sexuality - Identity issues, the impact of illness particularly living with Cancer.
I have specialist knowledge of supporting recovery from Alcohol or Substance misuse

I am trained and qualified as an EAGALA Mental Health Specialist in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning and have practiced with Equus in Cornwall supporting groups and individuals in recovery from Alcohol and Substance Missuse and the impact of Domestic Violence.
I am a qualified healer and trained with the NFSH Healing Trust.
I am able to offer counselling and or healing to help you explore whatever may be troubling you in a safe, non judgemental, confidential space. I support you in exploring your experience, your choices and difficulties, enabling you to gain a sense of clarity regarding your feelings and options. Counselling can provide the time and space for accessing your inner wisdom, an improved sense of well being and the opportunity for making constructive changes.
In my counselling work I have observed how we can often hold distress in our body, particularly if we have been through acute or prolonged stress or anxiety. Or you may simply feel low and in need of a boost. This is when I can also offer Energy Healing, which many clients have found helpful in relaxing and re-balancing body, mind and spirit.
