About me

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in my comfortable therapy rooms in central Glastonbury. I provide a safe, non- judgemental, confidential and supportive space where you can explore whichever issues you are struggling with. I work with short-term and long-term clients. Once we have established a pattern of working together, I also offer telephone counselling, should you require it.

I work with Individuals and Couples and I also provide Mediation for Families or Small Groups, when there is a breakdown in communication but a desire to move forward.

I have considerable experience working with national companies as part of their Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). In addition, I have delivered Psychological First Aid for the employees of a number of international companies.

As a published writer, I also specialise in working with creatives who are feeling ‘blocked’.
