I operate COVID safe with remote sessions both video and phone.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural therapist having gained my PG Diploma in CBT and Groupwork and had experience of working with different disorders and problems. CBT is an extremely collaborative approach which will allow both of us to set achievable goals to enable progress. This last year has been challenging for everyone and it has changed the way we can provide therapy, I am happy to accommodate client sessions on zoom or telephone to enable a flexible approach which will enable me to meet your individual needs.
I can accommodate short or long term therapy again depending on individual needs, and we can also discuss appropriate times including evenings and weekends as I understand that fitting therapy into everyday busy lives can be difficult. Every client is different and so sessions are client focused.
You have taken the first step, I look forward to hearing from you

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
