About me

Hi, seeking out counselling can be a difficult but brave step, through Counselling I aim to provide you with a warm friendly environment in which you feel relaxed and safe, I aim to create with you a trusting relationship in which to explore your current difficulties, often we take on other peoples values and judgements and loose sight of our own capacity to heal and manage difficult situations. Believe me you are the expert in your own life and together we can work towards rediscovering your inner strength and the ability to flourish and grow as an individual.
