Anne De Montarlot
2 Eaton Gate
I have been working for the past 14 years in Central London. I am passionate about helping people live a life with a sense of direction and purpose.
Typical issues/symptoms I came across over the years ranged from anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, self-image distortion, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, self-harm, life transitions or infertility.
It is crucial to make sense through the pain and confusion of these crisis states and unpack them in a safe and contained space, away from usual pressures and expectations. With an increased sense of self-awareness, self-understanding and healing you are better equipped to tackle your life choices and aspirations.
As a therapist, a woman and a mother I have been through these deep questionings. After working in the finance industry in New York and changing career to reach my true calling, I have developed a strong expertise in relationship difficulties ( conflict resolution, how to argue, how to have difficult conversations) emotional and relational competences and life choices. We will look at your values and your unique strengths and a renewed way.
