About me

I specialise in working with teenagers when they are struggling with low self-esteem and low confidence, anxiety, school anxiety, social anxiety, and stress, to support and improve their emotional wellbeing so that they can feel happier and more settled at home and in school.

I work online, providing easy access to counselling for young people, and I offer weekly, short or long term, therapy.

Please see the information below for a list of the issues I deal with in more detail and for further information around availability and fees.  And, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me by email.

--please note that I am in the process of changing my practice name from Anne Christie to Anne Lewis and this is reflected in my website and email details--

Further information

I offer counselling to young people outside of school hours, between 4-6pm. However, most schools will allow your child to take time out for counselling and I am happy to work with your child's school to assist you with this, including offering alternate times so they do not miss the same lessons each time.

I can also work with your child's school, if they are in my local area (Cambridge), to see if they can provide a room for me to meet with your child in person, if they would prefer not to have counselling online.
