My approach covers life events which trigger distress like family experience, loss, work issues and relationship difficulties.
I believe in the human ability to learn and grow from every eventuality providing that you are given empathy, trust and support.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in counselling from South Manchester College after working as a voluntary couples counsellor for ten years. I became BACP accredited in 2000. My PhD is about reflective learning in management and my books are about reflective learning, coaching and mentoring. I have been counselling for 30 Years. I have been coaching and writing for 20 years. My latest book is 'Coaching with Empathy' published by the Open University press.
