I currently work as a psychological therapist with a local NHS psychological therapies team. I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and have been practising CBT for 20 years. You can find out more about CBT and accreditation by visiting the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) site:

I am also trained in EMDR which is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms of emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. You can find out more about EMDR by visiting the EMDR website.

I see people for private psychotherapy in a safe and comfortable therapy space.

I have a current clear DBS certificate and I am insured and have regular clinical supervision.
