About me

Are you feeling lost or stuck?  Are you looking to make changes in your life?  As a fully qualified counsellor, I am able to offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore the issues that you choose to bring. Being listened to & heard can really help and counselling is unique in offering this.  We will work together to unpack and make sense of what you are thinking, feeling and experiencing at a pace that feels comfortable for you.  I have experience of working with people from the age of 6 right through to 70+.  My work with children has been carried out in schools and also in a charity setting.  I have also worked with parents/carers if this has been more appropriate.  My work with adults has been in another charity setting for adults from 18+.

I believe every person has the ability to flourish given the right conditions.  I treat you as an individual, tailoring the therapy to meet your needs.  In order to do this we will collaborate together and I will introduce techniques such as CBT, Gestalt, mindfulness as appropriate.
