About me

I am a fully accredited Integrative CBT therapist and have experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, addictions and insomnia.

In our first session together we will look at exactly what is going on, devise a list, set a goal and then begin to tackle the problem(s) together.

My aim is to instill a deeper philosophical change (where indicated) as well as to provide tools and techniques along the way.

Setting the goal initially allows us to measure our success and see real change.

Currently offering sessions via Zoom and face to face in Surrey.
