I work as a person centred counsellor/psychotherapist and have over ten years experience of working with adults and young people. I appreciate how difficult it can be to take that first step into exploring therapy. So, whether it is your first time or you have experienced it before I aim to offer a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space where there is no "right or wrong", creating an arena to express your feelings. This process may enable you to feel more empowered, improve self-awareness and self-esteem.
I have experience of dealing with many issues, e.g -anxiety, depression, work or relationship issues or you are just feeling "low" and need help in exploring what it is that is happening for you then therapy may be for you.
I have worked very closely with young people (16 - 25) for sometime and I am aware of the issues that affect their lives i.e. social media, self esteem, exam anxiety. I have also a lot of experience of working with adults and bereavement.
If you decide I may be the counsellor for you I am more than happy to talk further and offer a discounted first session.
