Ann Harris (Dip.Couns.) MBACP Registered
Some times many of us face issues such as feeling anxious, depressed, low mood, relationship difficulties, family issues, illness, life changing events, feeling out of control, or generally feel your life is not as balanced as you would like? I offer a safe confidential place where you will be heard and are free to explore whatever issues you are facing, together we will discuss these concerns and help to gain the balance and confidence back in your life, helping you discover how you would like to be in the world.
I offer short term and long term therapy, working in an integrative way, as I believe one therapy does not fit all. I will support you in exploring and finding appropriate solutions to the issues you are facing. I treat each client with respect, empathy and see you as an individual.
I understand how difficult it is to seek help and I am happy to answer any questions you may be facing at this point before entering into a therapeutic relationship. Please contact me on the above number, if I am not available please leave a message with your contact number and the most convenient time for me to call you back.
I offer weekend and evening appointments in Kingswinford and Stourbridge.
