Can you remember how it felt to be happy and feeling in control of your life? Feeling you're not good enough, that nobody could love you, constantly beating yourself up? You can feel happy, fulfilled, less anxious, grow your self-esteem, love yourself and move forward again with confidence.
I can offer you confidential, compassionate, non-judgemental, professional counselling support while we work through the issues that are holding you back and find the best way forward for you. Where do you want to be in three months time, what version of you do you want to be for the rest of your life? It's time to put your mental health first.
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I specialise in working with clients with depression, anxiety and low self esteem. Together we can unpick the threads of your life that have led you to feel this way, find new meaning in your unique experiences and you can move forward.
Is it time to put yourself first, invest in you, look after your all-important mental health and think about how your life will look when you are happy, content, accepting of yourself, fully open and able to love and be loved? I'll be honoured to work with you, put your needs first and gently challenge you to make great strides.
I work from comfortable therapy rooms in Urmston M41, Manchester City Centre M2 or University of Salford (12.30-1.30 or 4.30-5.30 Monday to Friday), in the evening or at weekend – whichever is more convenient for you.
