The Chesson Therapy Centre
59a Chesson Road
I will offer you a safe and confidential space to be heard without judgement or pressure.
As a Gestalt therapist, I believe that, through increased self-awareness, you have the ability to face your difficulties and ultimately solve your problems. However, it may be that you are feeling stuck and unable to see a way forward and this is where counselling may be able to help you.
You may want to talk about difficult events in your life or your relationships and emotions. Perhaps you have negative thoughts or behaviours that you want to change? Together we can look at where you are now, how you are a part of it and, most importantly, find new ways and solutions to face your difficulties and make the necessary positive changes in your life.
Depending on your needs, I can offer short term or longer term counselling.
