Angela Naylor - AMN Counselling
I am a Person-centred counsellor working specifically with clients who have a chronic illness. Having suffered myself for over twenty years with fibromyalgia, I feel I can offer a unique insight to the challenges those with chronic illness face. I offer a safe space where you can share your fears and worries whilst living daily with a debilitating condition. If you have anxiety, depression, sleep problems, or feelings of overwhelming worry, this space is both non-judgemental and confidential and provides you with the time and space to work through your worries.
Living with any chronic condition can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious about what the future holds. Just getting through the day, without the added external pressures of working life, can be the most difficult aspect of chronic illness. I've been there and understand what it feels like to have your mind make promises your body cannot keep.
Whether you have fibro, chronic fatigue, pain, or any other debilitating condition that makes life difficult, please get in touch for a chat. Because one of the challenges of chronic illness is getting out the door, I will come to your home, or any other place you feel happy to chat, and we can work together to work through your worries.
