About me

Taking the first step to talking to someone is seriously daunting. Opening ourselves up to another is probably the scariest step we’ll ever take.  I want to tell you that I’ve been there and all the worry you’re feeling is normal and perfectly ok. Whatever you’re struggling with, be it anxiety, depression, chronic illness, ADHD, mood or personality disorders, or life stuff that you can’t shake or work through, I’m here to walk with you so you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards healing.  You are not alone.  We all need a helping hand sometimes. Let me be yours.

I have first hand experience of anxiety and depression having first been diagnosed with post natal depression over 25 years ago.  I developed coping strategies to work through my fears to a point where I am happier and live my life fully.  Now I help others to do the same. I'll hold a safe space for you to explore your fears. You don't have to do it alone.

Whatever you are presently experiencing reaching out is the hardest part.  You did a search and found yourself here.  You're almost there.  Admitting we need support comes with its own challenges of course.  I feel this.  Please know that I am here, ready to listen without judgement.  I'm your lifejacket until you can swim with confidence on your own again.  Call or email.  I'm here.
